Here, we will explain the flow of online simultaneous delivery classes and the typical patterns of online simultaneous delivery classes.
Online simultaneous delivery class flow
(1) Before class
Send Zoom URL etc. and class materials (using kibaco). (2) conduct classes
Rent the necessary equipment at the Academic Affairs Division or the faculty office.
Install a PC, pin microphone, USB camera, etc.
Check if the blackboard is displayed on the Zoom screen
When using slides, start the lesson while sharing the screen
Don't forget to record Zoom
Return the equipment to the Academic Affairs Division or the faculty office
(3) After class
Upload ZOOM recording
The details of (1) to (3) above are shown below.
(1) Before class
・ Sending Zoom URL, etc.
Send Zoom information in advance with kibaco. Send it in advance, not just before the class starts.
It is possible to send to all students, not just consideration students
・ Pre-distribution of class materials
If you want to use materials in class, please share them on kibaco in advance.
Students participating online will also need to print, so please avoid uploading just before the class starts.
(2) conduct class
We think that the main patterns of online simultaneous delivery classes can be divided into four patterns.

Each pattern is explained below.
(3) After class
Upload the recorded video
Note 1 About video distribution on the blackboard There are some opinions that the blackboard is relatively difficult to see even if the equipment and settings are carefully adjusted.
Even in face-to-face classes in the classroom, it is possible to connect a tablet such as an iPad instead of the blackboard and give a lecture using the app, so please consider using them for "new face-to-face lesson".
The screen is easy to see, and the class contents can also be saved as data, which has the advantage of being able to provide information that cannot be provided in classes using the blackboard.
